If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below is our return and exchange policy for customers in Spain.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union law, our customers in Spain have the right to return purchased products within 14 days. This period starts from the day the item is delivered to you.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a return.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Before returning your item, please contact us via email at support@cookupnow.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
- Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Returns will only be processed through the address we provide.
Return Process and Inspection
- After you request a return, we will send you an email with instructions.
- Once your return is received, your product will go through an inspection process to determine whether it is in resellable condition. If the item is damaged, used, or its original packaging is compromised, we reserve the right to reject the return.
- After the inspection process, we will notify you if your return has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-10 days.
Shipping Costs
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- If you took advantage of free shipping at the time of purchase, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If the product is returned due to being damaged or defective, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Order Cancellation and Changes
- You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours after purchase. Please email us at support@cookupnow.com to request a cancellation or change.
- Sale items are not subject to cancellation or changes.
- After 24 hours, your order will have been processed, and cancellations or changes will no longer be possible.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
- Please report damaged or missing items within 7 days of receiving the package.
- To file a claim, email us at support@cookupnow.com with the subject line "Damaged/Missing Item Claim."
Frequent Return Policy Abuse
- Customers with frequent return requests may have their return claims reviewed and potentially declined at our discretion. This is to prevent the misuse of our return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, special promotion products, and personal hygiene items (such as cutting boards) cannot be returned.
